Over 21 years at The Estée Lauder Companies, Glenn held senior leadership roles across a global portfolio of beauty and personal care businesses, translating strategy into execution and leading through periods of growth and transformation.

His career has taken him across the globe, with firsthand experience leading in different markets, cultures, and operating environments. That combination of global perspective, local market insight, and hands-on operational leadership shapes the judgment he brings to every engagement.

Glenn approaches advisory work differently because he has sat on the other side of the table. He has made the decisions, led organizations, managed tradeoffs, and been accountable for results.
